Moebius Architecture PLLC provided site analysis, site schematics, and massing studies to look into options for providing 50 micro-units for supportive housing on a narrow lot in Boston, MA.

The design concept outlines the integration of a super-insulated building envelope, energy efficient equipment and lighting, PV and solar hot water, community gardens, and landscaped outdoor space to support a holistic approach to housing. 

Additional design studies further detailing the facades and floor plans will proceed in order to create a respectful relationship with the neighborhood.
