is an architecture and planning firm. Projects range from small renovations, additions, and fit-outs to mid-sized new construction projects. Each project begins with an in-depth conversation to understand and define the client's needs, vision, program, design aesthetic, energy efficiency goals, and timeline. Site impacts, building science, and code requirements are carefully analyzed to create spaces that are healthy, comfortable, and sustainable.

 

Architect & Owner

Daniela Moebius, Registered Architect, LEED AP has over fifteen years of experience in a broad variety of design projects including residential, institutional, municipal, and commercial buildings with corresponding site plans and master plans. Residential projects range from high-end custom homes to affordable housing, all with a focus on energy efficiency. She has worked as an envelope analyst and energy consultant and has managed large-scale design-build energy retrofits of facilities.
